En ONLYONE PETS nos comprometemos a procesar y enviar tus pedidos de forma segura y eficiente.

📦 PROCESAMIENTO DE PEDIDOS

  • Los pedidos se procesan normalmente en 2–5 días hábiles.
  • Los pedidos no se procesan durante fines de semana ni días festivos.
  • Una vez procesado tu pedido, recibirás la información de seguimiento cuando esté disponible.

🚚 TIEMPOS DE ENVÍO

Los tiempos estimados de entrega son:

🏠 DIRECCIÓN INCORRECTA

Si proporcionaste una dirección incorrecta, contáctanos lo antes posible.

Las modificaciones de dirección solo pueden realizarse antes de que el pedido sea procesado.

📦 PEDIDOS PERDIDOS O MARCADOS COMO ENTREGADOS

Si el transportista indica que el paquete fue entregado pero no lo encuentras, te recomendamos contactar directamente al transportista para iniciar una investigación.

📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ONLYONE PETS is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot subsequently be located.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

🏠 INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.
